I asked for and received the recovery kit as a holiday gift, and was pleased with how easy it is to use. I especially like the foam roller and the deep tissue ball for working out knots in my always-tight muscles.

Great Equipment I Never Knew I Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift back in 2023. I use everything in the kit and it has taken my fitness game to a whole new level. This equipment helps me recover faster so I can get more workouts in during the week. The equipment is easy to use and comes with a bag for the smaller items to keep you from losing them and help your home gym stay organized.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a whim purchase, thought it would be good to start and try foam rolling and using the targeted balls to help with sore spots.
It has been an uncomfortable haha but extremely helpful process to use them after a Centr workout. My recovery from a hard workout goes better, I stay loser throughout the week, and just overall feel better after incorporating them into my routine

Great Recovery Kit

The quality of this kit has met all my recovery needs. Especially when it is paired with the recovery tips from the Centr app. Whether it’s using the lacrosse ball while I’m working or getting my roll on during a lunch break, I’m never worried about my recovery and this kit keeps me feeling great!

Fantastic Recovery Starter Kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been foam rolling for a long time to speed up recovery and be able to hit the gym or hit the road at 100%. This kit takes those recovery sessions to the next level, adding the ability to get better precision on the muscles. I especially love the lacrosse ball and massage stick for getting into muscles that are harder to get with a foam roller alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when I started running and it’s been a huge help. I used to have major knee issues since I was new to running that prevented me from exercising as much as I wanted but I’ve been using the items in this kit and it’s been a huge help. Also incredibly helpful for muscle building (I use it in and the days following leg day). Using some of the guided recovery sessions in the app also helped me really figure out how to get the most out of it. There’s really nothing that’s needed stretched or addressed in some other way that none of the items in this kit could be used for. Very helpful as you don’t need to keep buying different tools each time you have soreness in a new area.
