The kit I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting a kit like this for a while now. I have herniated discs, spinal stenosis, disc degeneration, arthritis, bone spurs, collapsing, fused and bulging discs throughout my spine. I also have bone spurs and arthritis in my hips. All these issues cause severe tightness in my muscles. Specifically my psoas and periformis. A kit like this is pretty helpful in addition to my physical therapy. I would love to see a smaller version of the roller for the thighs and a floor mat. But even as is, this kit is great.

I don’t, however, use every single piece it came with so I don’t know how necessary it was for me but the pieces that I do use I really like and enjoy. I work out a lot and have chronic pain so this set is a great little helper.

Works the muscles

Now every day he gets home and uses this kit to help him unwind and relax his body. His favorite tool so far has been the roller for his back, he says that the relief is instant. The only thing I would have really liked would have been a hide in how to use the different tools and what benefits they provide. It was a little confusing trying to figure out what everything was for or how and where to use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for sore muscles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work on my feet for eight hours a day with a lot of moving around so my muscles can get sore. I love using the massage bar on my thighs and calves and the various balls to really roll out anything super sore. The stretch strap really helps me get into deeper stretches than I could regularly. Would recommend!

It comes with a foam roller to target large areas (such as back), lacrosse ball (for hard to reach areas), massage roller stick (to massage muscles), spikey ball (to go deeper into muscles and activate circulation) and stretch bands (for stretching).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is by far one of the best Centr Recivery Kit I have ever used when it comes to targeting my sore muscles after a long workout! This kit has it all: a foam roller, lacrosse ball, massage bar, spike ball, stretch strap, and trigger point ball! Not to mention, this product is also founded by the one and only Chris Hensworth! What's not to like about this kit! Go ahead and give it a try.. trust me when I say, you won't ve disappointed!
