Recovery is key!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I’m getting older my body doesn’t recover the way it once did. With my muscles being sore a lot longer between workouts I was looking for help. Seeing the Centr recovery kit on sale I figured I would give it a try. This was the best idea I made for a while. Taking 10 mins a day to use the recovery kit my muscles are staying loose and I am able to continue on with my workouts. I highly recommend this for anyone who strength trains or beginners who are dealing with soreness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Centr Recovery Kit is full of goodies. It comes with a 8.5cm rubber lacrosse ball, 8cm PVC spikey ball, 9cm EVA trigger point ball, a 32cm long foam roller, massage roller, and stretch strap. The balls are good for pressure point massages; you just lay on them or step on them. The foam roller is for your back or legs. The massage roller can be use anywhere. I still haven't figured out to use the stretch strap.

Great Kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kit has a lot to it. There is a lot of post work out tools to use and it works great on muscle pain as well. The roller stick is better than the others I have used before. The massage ball works great on feet and hands. The large roller is great for my back.

The Centr Recovery Kit will have you prepared for any stretch or massage anywhere on your body. You will not need another piece of equipment to help you recover from a tough workout. The most used parts of this set for me were the lacrosse ball, stretching straps and the roller following a leg or back day. With all of the recovery equipment I have tried over the years, I've been impressed with the quality of the pieces in this set, comparatively. Well worth the investment!

Amazing kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This exercise recovery and massage kit is incredible! The back roller fits perfectly in the small of my back and allows me to roll back and forth without pain. I love the variety of balls to get in where my fingers can't or cause pain to massage and the variety is great for all of my achy muscles. The stretch strap is perfect for my heel and ankle pain. This kit feels very durable and should last a long time. Great kit!

All of the items helped with massaging my muscles after my workouts. I love that there was a variety of items to choose from and use. I really appreciate it that they were all well made and were really high quality equipment.

This kit has it all: a foam roller, lacrosse ball, massage bar, spike ball, stretch strap, and trigger point ball! Not to mention, this product is also founded by the one and only Chris Hensworth! What's not to like about this kit! Go ahead and give it a try.. trust me when I say, you won't ve disappointed!

It comes with a foam roller to target large areas (such as back), lacrosse ball (for hard to reach areas), massage roller stick (to massage muscles), spikey ball (to go deeper into muscles and activate circulation) and stretch bands (for stretching).
