Wonderful collection of recovery tools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of these therapy tools are perfect to use after my daily workouts. The solid foam roller is a little less than 13 inch long, has a 5 inch diameter and weighs almost 2lbs it is firm which allows it to work well using it under each of my thighs and provides an intense muscle release thanks to the varying surface pattern. This Recovery Kit also includes a spikey (2.5”) trigger point (3”) smooth green Lacrosse (2”) ball and a mesh bag to keep them together. Prominent firm texture on the foam roller and massage bar all of which I use for myofascial release. The (21 inch) full-body bar has textured grips on the handles which allows me to control the pressure with my hands while I move it back and forth on my thighs and butt to break up fascia. I notice after using this way consistently for a couple months my legs have better definition and less tightness. Also included is a lightweight, strong stretching strap with multiple handholds for different degrees of deep stretch in a compact size making it perfect for easy storage and travel. Love all the items in this Centr Recovery Kit!

Great for Starters

This kit offers a lot of tools, including the foam roller. If you’re consistently working out and want to get the most out of it, I highly recommend adding this to your regimen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Centr Recovery Kit is great for after a workout. Also, great for after some heavy duty housework. I took a major project to purge my home of unwanted items, especially my clothes closet and drawers. Kneeling, lifting, carrying and stretching continually for days has made my body sore and aching. Being able to use the items in this recovery kit has helped me to continue the next day and keep on moving. Comes with a Foam roller, Lacrosse ball, Massage bar (that I have used often), Spikey ball, Stretch strap (that has helped me not feel stiff), Trigger point ball. All are great for massaging and soothing sore muscles. Easy to use and target hard to reach areas. Quality made and durable. I know I will continue to use after exercising or hard jobs for many years. I highly recommend to those who need help with muscle pain and want a kit that gives you many item options to help.

The nubbies in the roller make it painful in some areas but that could be good for some people. I don’t use the balls and gave those to my toddler to play with.

Helps me rejuvenate after a good work out

I am able to roll out tight muscles and recover sooner. This kit has everything you need to recover your sore muscles.

Great set of recovery accessories

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bad back due to pinch nerves. So my body tends to tense up after exercise, overuse or even just from plain sitting. So this recovery kit helps a lot. Especially the massage bar, since I can easily target what I need. And it feels great on my back. I also like the 3 types of balls, so you have differnet options of how deep you need to rub out any knots. And I think this kit is a great addition to any workout.
