The quality of this kit has met all my recovery needs. Especially when it is paired with the recovery tips from the Centr app. Whether it’s using the lacrosse ball while I’m working or getting my roll on during a lunch break, I’m never worried about my recovery and this kit keeps me feeling great!

Great Equipment I Never Knew I Needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift back in 2023. I use everything in the kit and it has taken my fitness game to a whole new level. This equipment helps me recover faster so I can get more workouts in during the week. The equipment is easy to use and comes with a bag for the smaller items to keep you from losing them and help your home gym stay organized.

I asked for and received the recovery kit as a holiday gift, and was pleased with how easy it is to use. I especially like the foam roller and the deep tissue ball for working out knots in my always-tight muscles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a whim purchase, thought it would be good to start and try foam rolling and using the targeted balls to help with sore spots.
It has been an uncomfortable haha but extremely helpful process to use them after a Centr workout. My recovery from a hard workout goes better, I stay loser throughout the week, and just overall feel better after incorporating them into my routine

Best thing ever!

I bought thus and my husband made fun of me for it. He said I just needed to stretch and not waste our money. Fast forward a few months, he was diagnosed with plantar fasciatis and told he needed certain equipment to stretch. He has since stole this entire kit from me and I have to buy a second one! It's phenomenal and you won't regret it!

Very pleased with purchase. It is a great value and good quality. All the different tools help with relieving sore muscles. The videos at centr.com walk you through different ways to use the tools.
