Shoddy Ice Maker

Beautiful refrigerator with well designed storage functionality. Ice maker is shoddy though... Including crushed ice option which continually gets clogged up in chute. For the price, everything should work. I'd keep looking if I were you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased in July and have enjoyed the ice making feature and the interior lighting. For once, we can see what is inside our refrigerator. Also like the bottom freezer.

Great color and lots of ice

bought it two months ago works grate love the two ice makers for plenty Margaritas. Why don't you offer the second ice maker in the cafe or the profile its the same frige I wanted the cafe. she wanted the profile.

I had to wait nearly a year after buying my slate range, dishwasher and microwave to get my new slate Fridge and I can not be happier! it is huge and has great features and beautiful finish!

Beautiful fridge

The fridge is beautiful. I bought a slate fridge and dishwasher, and a Cafe stainless steel range and microwave as there is no slate double convection gas range yet. They look very nice together. The fridge is roomy and lighting is bright as there are several small lights in the fridge. So far very satisfied. I wish the Cafe series came in slate as well. Note, the first night it was making ice, especially in the freezer part you can here the ice cubes drop. I didn't mind as I haven't had a functioning ice maker for 7 years! Other than dropping ice I don't find it noisy as other have. I really like GE products but bought the appliances as I wanted slate vs. stainless steel with grandkids....it's a great finish!

Just Something Different

Our refrigerator has the No Finger Prints finish. That is amazing. And we can hardly hear it running because it is so quiet. Much better than our last one. We just remodeled our whole kitchen and we changed every appliance too, because we wanted Just Something Different.

love the slate finish

This is our second French door frig. We love the convenience of French doors on top and the large freezer on the bottom.
