It’s early in my ownership of this coffee maker. I owned one before that wouldn’t make more than 3 cups of coffee after 7-8 cups of water was used.
So far though this coffee maker makes coffee fast. It’s also a lot easier to clean being black than the stainless steel one I previously had.
I don’t like the fact it requires the v shaped filters. These cost a lot more and most suppliers don’t sell large quantity filter choices. It’s better to make a design change using the circular type filters. They are cheaper. I use these instead and hope the coffee doesn’t slip through some how. Perhaps you can make available a basket that makes use of a circular filter type?

The top lid does not open enough for easy pouring of water into reservoir. Other than that it works well and keeps coffee hot on a timer you can adjust.
