my recent shipment was replacement for a damaged coffee maker. Other than the damage the coffee is very good. It is easy to use and the coffee is usually good. The process for getting a replacement was outstanding. Truly good customer service.

Cuisinart Coffee Maker Occasionally Overflows

We have enjoyed Cuisinart in the past. However, this one, despite how careful we are setting it up occasionally overflows. If we send it back under warranty we won't have a coffee maker!
