Defective. Couldn't get left side edge to adhere to phone screen. I don't need a replacement. I returned item. Over three weeks and haven't received a refund.

I can’t really testify to the durability since the screen protector was broken within 10 days and my wife’s only lasted four days. The issue wasn’t the screen protectors, but a poor design of the Otterbox Defender for the iPhone 16 Pro Max. There is a cutout in the side of the case for the camera button, that leaves the edge of the screen protector exposed. This is the exact spot where both screen protectors began cracking. An online search of Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max users cited similar failures of the screen protectors they were using, where their cell phone case has a cutout on the lower right edge for the camera button.

I just ordered one more, but this is the last time. The screen protectors, no matter the "quality", just don't hold up. This one cracked in 2 places within a week of it being installed. Then, the warranty demands are nuts. Warranty on a screen protector a complete illusion.

Purchased the screen protector. Was not impressed. I accidentally dropped my phone the second day purchasing it and it cracked, even with a phone protector on it.
