Already have a cracked screen after one week

Not a week into using my new iPhone 16 Pro in my new Otterbox and the screen is cracked at the cut out for the camera shutter button from a fall from an airplane seat to the floor in front of the seat. (Yes I had the screen protector on - it cracked too) I upgraded from an 11 Pro and NEVER had one issue with it and I had that since 11 Pros came out. Beyond disappointed.

The packaging to put this on the phone is totally flimsy and is almost guaranteed to leave bubbles somewhere on your screen. If you try to fix it, you’ll just make the problem worse. There’s so many cases with better self-adhesive systems on the market now. Buy one of those instead.

Leaves bubbles all over even if you put it on using the instructions. Mine came with three manufacturing errors/bubbles. Overall, it looks terrible.

Cracked within a few days of putting on our new phone. The otterbox case and this screen protector were a bad purchase. Not happy at all for the price. It cracked right away due to the poor quality of the case.
