One of, if not my favorite, sets l've ever owned. I'm a huge Tolkien/Lord of the Rings fan, and this was a must. I normally don't buy massive Lego sets on day one, but this was an exception.
The build experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes Lego/Lord of the Rings. I genuinely hope Lego continues this line and makes more affordable sets for everyone to enjoy. The figures included are spectacular, and I'm thrilled to finally have the main villain of the trilogy in minifigure form. The eye even lights up!

As a fan of The Lord of the Rings films, and also having the previous LOTR-themed set Rivendell (10316) in my collection, it made sense to also get Barad-Dûr to compliment it. This was an amazing build from start to finish, and I had a blast putting it together. The end result is a massive display piece I'm going to cherish for years. It's not just one of the biggest, but also one of the best LEGO sets I've ever built. I look forward to whatever else LEGO has in store for this line.

Love seeing 18+ LOTR sets back to back! I hope they keep coming! Those using a set rating to complain about a limited free gift are silly. This isn't the place for that! This is a beautiful set and deserves 5 stars!

The set itself is giant and packed with features and the attention to details is awesome. And the Minifigures are like icing on the cake because they are awesome with great prints and great accessories especially Sauron. I recommend this set to anyone who is a big lord of the rings fan and to anyone who wants a super good Lego set. Overall I give this 5 stars. Amazing

Such a fun build. Amazing detail. Great Easter eggs and cool mechanical features. As someone who wasnt financially able to get any LOTR sets in the past, i will get all from Rivendell moving forward. Keep making these stellar sets. P.S. Review bombing because you weren't fast enough to get the GWP, cry more. Grow up.
