Such a cool set!

This was so much fun to build & I love the minifigs that came with it. Lots of details, hidden compartments, bits that move and an eye that lights up--what's not to love!

There is a lot of detail in this build. LEGO really hit it out of the park on this one. It takes a lot of focus and double checking every step of the way. But the end product is well worth all the effort. It’s fantastic, especially for Lord of the Rings fans.

Fun build, and a great display

I really enjoy this set. The building process was easy to follow. It took me several days of dedicated building to finally complete this set, and I enjoyed every moment of it. Some of the building techniques were interesting, and it was very rewarding to see it all come together to make a great replica of the dark tower. Building the base was a bit tedious, as there are a lot of small pieces that all look similar, so I would suggest sorting all of the pieces into color groups after opening each bag, especially in the beginning. The set looks great on display, and all of the minifigures look great! The set came with all pieces, and the box was in great condition even after shipping.
