No Adapter or Solar Panel Cord Included

After much research online and watching lots of videos, I purchased the EcoFlow Delta Pro, Smart Dual Fuel Generator and 400w Solar Panels. I purchased the units not as a bundle but within weeks of each other as this is what my budget allowed. The units are excellent quality so far, however, the first time I tried to charge my Delta Pro with the generator, I discovered that the adapter plug that’s required to attach the genset to the unit via the Infinity port does NOT come with either the Delta Pro or the Smart Generator.
A few days later, I decided to charge my Delta Pro with the EcoFlow 400w solar panel array only to find out that the solar panels didn’t include the “solar panel to xt60i” cord! Insert head explosion. It’s ridiculous that EcoFlow does NOT communicate this well and even more insane that these inexpensive items are not included…even if they increased the price to compensate (hence the 3 stars for Ease of Use rating). It’s not about the money, it’s the inconvenience and stupidity of having to hound-dog the basic necessities to make this stuff work together as the system it’s portrayed to be. I would still purchase this brand but EcoFlow needs to stop splitting hairs and sell the adapter plug with the generator and the adapter cable with the solar panels. Had this been a clearly known factor up front, I would’ve simply added them to my orders to save the hassle and frustration.

The product is top notch but they do have issues with them with slow customer support is a weak link I like the products very expensive tho there are better solutions for off grid with the time tested old way with inverters and batteries it is more reliable and easier to work on getting through glitches and buying parts but I like ecosystem when it works it’s awsome I like their products but I can’t trust not having a more reliable system honest opinion

Two problems need to be addressed the wheels need to be larger and the handle needs to be longer so that when it is used it doesn't collapse when it is wheeled around

Novice Review

I'm a novice at the topic of Portable Power Storage. I was attracted to the EcoFlow Delta Pro for a couple of reasons.
First off, it's on wheels for easy maneuvering around the house. The unit is heavy (approx 100 pounds), so the extendable handle that makes it work like dragging a suitcase is a really nice feature.
Second, was the 3600 watt capacity. Our intention is to have the unit as a backup for emergency situations at home. The unit can easily maintain a refrigerator for 2.5 days or so.
Third, was the option to connect into Solar panel recharging.
Fourth, was the LiFePO4 Battery, which is the newer version of battery technology.
So far we have been very pleased with the unit. It is easy to move around and can run our Refrigerator and either a Toaster Oven or Microwave at the same time. Can also power my CPAP machine overnight for at lease 12-14 nights if not used for anything else. The Solar charging is dependable, but dependent on the type of panels you use and the sunlight available. Wall charging is quick and can be done from zero to 100% in less than 3 hours.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Backup and Works with RVs

I purchased this as a backup for my house in case of blackouts (looking at you Texas power grid) and also to use with my RV when boondocking. It's been fantastic, especially considering a lot of sites don't allow generators but they do allow portable power stations. I was able to power my TV and microwave off the Delta Pro for the 3 nights we camped and still had plenty of backup storage.

A great option for emergency backup power

This is an excellent option for emergency power or daily use. The unit is quiet and fast to charge with several charging options. Stand by mode works great for preserving the battery in case of power outage. The Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries ensure this will last for a long time. The portability of this unit means you can use this for home or when traveling. I got a few of the Ecoflow 180 watt solar panels to charge it with, which expands my options for any type of off grid or grid down situation. Overall a great product.

Power of the Delta Pro

I bought the EcoFlow Delta Pro with extra batteries and a solar panel for emergency backup mostly but it has many other uses. Recently I had a faulty circuit breaker in my home that kept popping the circuit that powers my refrigerators and freezer. Having the Delta Pro allowed me to shut down the house power and work safely on the electrical panel and allow me to troubleshoot to find the faulty breaker and have it fixed. Had my two refrigerators, one 18 cubic, the other 22cubic foot, chest freezer and a couple of lights and a floor fan, all running about 10 hours of normal use, while I had my faulty breaker replaced and had the home service panel serviced for additional problems as well. Only used about 47% of the batteries total charge and probably could have run it the following full day before it would have run out of power. Could of use this unit last year when we lost power for three day in February in Texas. That was a long three days. Now I am prepared for future power outages. Attached are photos of how I set up my unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
