I purchased this two weeks ago and the unit had damage on the box and unit with small indented scratch. Ecoflow sent a return label and I have tried to convince them to issue a small credit. I do not want the hassle of repackage and then have to wait on a new unit. Frustration with several calls and emails.

I have two Delta Pro's. The DP3 is really nice. A bit different than the DP's. The extra batter cable could be improved. Very stiff and could be flatter rather than sticking way out when attached to both units

Just what I needed to power my home during power company outages. Charges quickly with AC charging and the 400W solar panel keeps it topped off when there is no AC power. It is whisper quiet and hassle free. No more loud smelly gasoline generators for me, this is the only way to go.
