Quick, effecient, and accurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wait as long as I can to write my reviews so I have ample time to use all of the features and truly get a feel for what I think about the product. With that in mind, I can 100% give my stamp of approval.
I am going to assume that this goes for anytime you change your stove but there was a slight learning curve with how this one heated up and cooked and once my wife and I got this down then cooking was so much easier with this stove. It seemed as though the oven and stove top heated up quicker, cooked extremely even, and possibly cooked everything a little faster as well. The skillet feature is really cool as you are able to get a fully even heat on the skillet right on the stove top, we cooked pancakes, fish, and vegetables and they all turned out great!
I also appreciate the one burner that has multiple heating sizes available, this gives you the benefit of multiple sized burners without having to use precious space for a single sized burner that you may rarely use. The oven comes with multiple settings, and admittedly we have not used all of them, but it is a great way to tailor what you are specifically cooking at the moment.
Lastly, the air fryer is equally great. We have been using a countertop air fryer for awhile but the only hangup was we were always limited to the smaller cooking space. Now we have more options with the larger air fryer and I'm hoping to be able to cook a turkey in it soon.
My only cons on this product are fairly trivial. The instruction book that came with it was essentially useless, it was extremely generic and gave absolutley no overview on the features of this specific oven. And we have given up (for now) on the wifi feature. Our Alexa device never recognizes that its connected and my smarthing app won't let me preheat. You have to send a temperature with cook time and then still hit start on the oven (unless I'm missing something, which is where a proper booklet would have been helpful) so this kind of negates the point of using a wireless feature. It's not why I chose it, so it's not a big deal but hopefully the kinks are worked out soon.

Beautiful looking and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung oven is going into our new house, we got to play with it a little to check out the features, our last oven was amazing it was one that had the buttons on the front. Having the buttons and knobs in the back was missing. Believe it or not, my favorite feature is the warning area. Great for sauce and things like that while making pasta. The oven is a good size and we can’t wait to use the air fryer feature. We used the Dehydrator and made beef jerky, was much easier than we thought it would be it also saves you a ton of money. The Air Fryer is the star of the show for my family. We go to the gym and being able to make things like wings and other foods that usually use oil helps us and allows us to be eating a little healthier. The Smart app is nice since we have been adding so many amazing Smart app compatible things to our house, it allows us to control everything from our refrigerator to our oven and smart vacuum all with a push of a button or command to Alexa. This is an overall great oven that has a ton of features, great oven size, and looks amazing!

Beautiful stove, but needs some tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all… the stove is BEAUTIFUL! have the stainless model but it still looks great with my black appliances in my kitchen. (Black wasn’t an available option in the stove I wanted).
The delivery crew failed to send me a cord/plug to hookup my stove, but my previous model was an older Samsung as well so we just used the cord from it.
Install was super easy. I have the electric version and it came with an air fryer basket accessory for the oven and a griddle for the stove top use.
This range is being marketed as the very first griddle/electric smooth top stove combo.
I wanted this specific model because I have always wanted a griddle, but I also love the ease of cleaning a smooth cook top. Most griddle tops come on gas stoves and my house isn’t set up for gas.

Upo first impression, the stove is beautiful. Accessories are great.
First thing I attempted was making Philly cheesesteak sandwiches on the griddle. It’s the first thing I wanted to test out. The griddle is designed to work utilizing the two left side burners (left front and left rear). There’s a setting on the knobs where you turn to utilize both burners with the griddle or the burners can each be utilized separately.

Some things I noted:
* The heat didn’t seem to distribute evenly within the griddle top. Both burners were set to the same setting using the proper two burner/griddle knob, but one burner got much hotter than the other. The was definitely not distributing evenly from one burner to the other. I expected some variance in the empty space between the two burners, but not that much of a difference in the burners themselves.
* The griddle slides easily on the smooth surface and I feel that maybe a better griddle design could utilize silicone pads on the outer corners (not on the burners) to provide a little bit of grip to keep the griddle from just sliding everywhere.
* The griddle space is a little small and i was making a mess with my food falling off the sides. I ended up having to transfer the food over to a skillet and use an alternate burner.
* The oven works great! But maybe it’s just me, but I had no idea what the different settings are and when to use them and the user manual didn’t have any information. There are two baking options, one with a little fan image beside it. At first I thought that was air fry, but there is an option to choose air fry, so I’m not 100% certain the difference or the usage for that setting.

The food looks delicious! Thank you for your feedback. The two features you are looking at are the Convection Bake and the Convection Roast. To put it simply. Convection Bake is best used for cooking multiple items (like cookies), while Convection Roast is best used to cook larger items. The only difference for using the Convection Bake, opposed to using the regular bake. It would be the fan disturbing the heat. The Convection feature continuously circulates air through the oven. Regular bake doesn't use the fan. So the heat will come from the top and bottom heating elements. ^Pat

Beware: Nonstop cooking in your future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never in a million years did I think that every time I would use my stove top or oven I'd get giddy. I can't stop using it. And how about the little tunes it plays?!?!? I love the air fryer so much that I gave away my counter top air fryer. I find myself baking more than I already was. My son even said "mom, you look for reasons to use the stove!!" This range has all the bells and whistles for someone who loves to cook and bake, like myself. I love that I can preheat it from my phone so I can just pop dinner in when I get home from work without having the wait for the oven to preheat. My old stove was exactly that...OLD!!!! I even thought it did a decent job until I realized how fast I can boil water and how evenly everything cooks in the oven. Making wings has never been easier. I still get a kick out of cooking pancakes on the griddle. I don't even dirty a pan. HA!!! I really can't say enough about the air fryer option the most. Samsung has always made me proud and confident to own their products. I know with Samsung, I'm set for smooth sailing.

Nice range with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoy this Smart Range from Samsung. The features list is very long and I have used every feature available within the first month. The cooking on the stovetop is great. My one complaint is that the surface is nearly impossible to keep clean. If you happen to have one spill and it gets cooked on, it appears to "burn in" to the glasstop, which is also nearly impossible to keep streak-free. I like the ability to remotely turn on and off the oven particularly for pre-heating. I like the air fryer and convection options. Actually very easy to clean too. I would recommend this to all my friends. Just be weary of the glass-top cooking surface on the electric models

A welcome upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with our new Samsung electric range and oven with the air fryer! The ceramic cooktop and self cleaning features of the oven make keeping it clean super easy and the stainless steel finish adds a nice clean, modern look to the kitchen.
The external dimensions of the unit are the same as our old one so we were able to just slide the new one in place without modifying the cabinets and yet we still gained more capacity in the oven which will be put to good use cooking a bigger turkey for the holidays this year.
I have been using the air fryer feature every chance I get because it's faster and easier than heating up the oven during these hot summer months and it's healthier than using the deep fryer. The air fryer feature also is an excellent way to reheat leftovers without them getting soggy like they do in the microwave.
The ability to control the oven with the Samsung SmartThings app is a lifesaver when trying to get dinner ready in a hurry because I can start the oven preheating when I leave the store so it's ready to throw a pizza in as soon as I walk in the door.
The cooktop heats up much faster than our old stove with the coil type burners but it does take a bit longer to cool off as well so you have to be mindful about placing things on the cooktop after cooking. I am definitely enjoying that I no longer have to worry about food getting spilled under the burners and making a stinky, smokey headache if you didn't get it all cleaned up right away.
The griddle for the cooktop is perfect for pancakes and I love how easy it is to use since I just have to set it on the cooktop like I would a pan but I get so much more space so I can do multiple pancakes at once.

First of all, this range has a very sleek and modern design. It looks great in our new, modern kitchen. It is definitely an upgrade compared to our old range. I could tell from day 1 that the Samsung cooktop heats up much faster than my old range cooktop. My dinners take less time cooking which is a huge plus when trying to save time and enjoy beautiful days this summer. Did I mention that the oven is so spacious that you can literally bake/roast few dishes at the same time?
In addition, among all he features this range provides, the built-in wifi is the one we use most often. You are able to monitor your range from your smartphone. You can get a notification when the range has reached he desired temperature and when your food is ready, It comes in very handy when you are busy running after your toddlers. In addition, our second favorite feature is that this stove features several cook top sizes to accommodate different sized pots and pans. This is an amazing feature when you are cooking several meals at once.
Third, this range has an air-fryer to prepare many foods in a healthier way.

A new range alas!

I really love how the preheat temperature actually shows what temp it is while it heats up to the desired temperature. This is also my first time using a gas stovetop. I like how fast it gets to
my desired temp. I’m not a big fan of how to stop the timers, you have to hold the button down 3 whole seconds. I’d prefer not having to have my hand in the back that long especially when I’m cooking something on the top. I wish it would have came with the air fryer accessory, but I have to find when it is finally in stock from Samsung. All my oven meals have turned out great too. We used to use a separate electric skillet for making our homemade pancakes and now we have the most perfect skillet option right in the center. This is by far my favorite part. I also love being able to use the smart apps with my Alexa devices to preheat or see how much time is left for cooking. Another favorite is that I’m able to clean the stovetop easily which is amazing too. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to get a new range that makes everyone (including my in-laws) happy!
