BROKE AFTER LESS THAN 3 Months

I purchased this item brand new on June 23rd, 2023. It was working great until this afternoon. I turned on the air fry option, and it stopped working. The clock turned off, the buttons stopped working, and the oven light and fan stayed on. The oven locked, and nothing worked. I tried the breaker, the oven came back on the same, none of the buttons worked, and the fan and light were still on. I chatted with support, they were not able to help and claimed the warranty was out when it wasn't. They also asked several of the same question multiple times after it had been answered. It seemed like the person was in multiple conversations at once.... would not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beware of Self Clean

I ran the 2-hour self clean cycle for the first time and the middle pane of glass on the door shattered dropping glass everywhere.

Had to have it replaced ajust after 2 weeks of use. Even after replacement we are slaves keeping it clean. Everything sticks to it and hard to keep cleans We even bought a new set of pots and pans thinking it would help, but makes no difference. Smudges with everything.We replaced our 10 year old GE glass top stove as we remolded our kitchen and wanted new appliances. Beautiful product but be ready suffer cleaning it. If we could return it we would.

Love - Love - Love our new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this range two weeks ago. The features are wonderful. The first thing we did was use the air fry feature to fix french fries. They were great. Made pasta the next night just to see if the range really did bring water to a boil quickly. Boy did it ever. I checked the oven temp with an oven thermometer and it was spot on. I really appreciated that after years of using an oven that never was. These will be what we use most often, but I am looking forward to trying out other features especially the dehydrator.

Fantastic upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Samsung Electric Range, and upgraded from my old electric range. I'm glad I did as this range has exceeded my expectations. Here's a breakdown of some thoughts I had:
Installation was a breeze as all it had was a power cord to connect. I'm glad I didn't have a gas line to deal with as this really couldn't be any simpler. Just make sure you measure your own countertops to see how the range will fit in your kitchen.
Functionality is great! Does all the basic oven and range functions and more! Self clean and Steam clean are luxuries with this, as is the Convection Over and Airfry capabilities. Rapid Boil and Fast Boil are great additions too, as electric ranges in the past, have been known to be slower than gas counterparts.
Smart home capabilities are just OK. I did install and set up the app, but functionality does seem a bit basic. One safety feature I REALLY like is the fact that you can check your app and turn OFF the oven in case you left it on and left the house. I haven't been able to figure out if you can do that with the cooktop yet, but the Oven is a great start.
I really enjoy the clean look of the range and the spacious oven. The display is bright, and the buttons seems to be almost touch sensitive. Design is clean, superb and should fit any modern kitchen.
Drawbacks: The app needs work, and the sound jingles when the oven reaches temp, or when the cook timer is done is pretty bad. I wish there was a way to change it, but its still a distinguishable alert at the least.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this upgrade and feel confident that this will last many years. My critiques are just 'nice to haves' and haven't run into any dealbreakers so far. Ultimately, I do appreciate the speeds and cooking capabilities of this stove, which is essentially its core job, so all the other things are nice things to have to build out a better feature set. Well done!
