Expensive Paperweight

This is one expensive paperweight. Only a couple years old and glass top is separating from top. Fan is making noises. Oven doesn't keep set temp. Display will do weird things when the oven gets steamy. i will never purchase another Samsung appliance. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Minor defects_ Check between Top side and oven

There are some minor defects. It's been two days since I purchased it. So, I'm not sure if there are any other performance issues. There is a gap between the top and the oven, and there is a bolt hole in the middle that is not fastened. I reported it to the service chat, but since I did not choose the option to have it installed by a professional ($25), they told me to call an installer. However, the installation is just connecting the power cord and plugging it into an outlet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My oven shouldn't try to play music

I bought a Samsung NX58R4311SG range years ago that I loved. It was accurate, the control panel was user friendly, it had all the modes I needed, and it just worked. So when I bought a new house and needed an oven, I automatically went to the current version of that oven which is this one. I used it for the first time today, and I don't care how great every other feature is, the absolute terrible sound notifications on this unit make it a 1-star unit. First, after the oven has reached its preheat temperature, it plays a stupid jingle *three* times. I thought that was bad. But then I tried the timer and it plays what another reviewer described as it "sounds like a 3rd grader playing a recorder in your face." The only option is to completely turn off sounds. It is all or nothing. With no sounds, you no longer get button press sounds or preheat alerts. My current solution is to turn off the sounds and use the SmartThings app when preheating. That will give me a notification on my phone and watch (haven't yet tested if it'll integrate with Google Home to have that give me a notification). And then I just can't use the timer on the oven. Luckily, I have multiple other timers in the kitchen. I will never buy another Samsung appliance without researching the notification sounds. I didn't buy the washer/dryer because of that. If Samsung can offer a firmware update that allows for choosing beeps over the horrid "music", I will change my rating.

Not worth it

Pure junk plastic knobs will break and become loose on stove in s short matter of time. Constantly replacing igniters and now the bottum plate above the lower oven burner is cracking from heat stress. Save yourself the trouble and buy something better.

Led Fail, What's next?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had ordered 3 appliances Over stove microwave/Hood,!Range and Dishwasher. Nice smooth clean install. All appliances were put through operation. All units are paired to SmartThings app and responding so far responding respectively. However one of the led bars on microwave has already failed after less than 3 weeks. Such a simple leaves me to wonder what may be next and why my rating is only a 3 when it could have been 4. Photo taken at 9:35 pm not 5:35pm see time on oven.

CF2 malfunction

do not buy this range. within a year we got a cf2 malfunction light. samsung needs to recall these devices or replace the malfunctioning components as it is not just me i see many customers reporting the same.
samsung service is very bad. they sent a couple of service providers to fix this. both of them came and went back saying parts were needed and no update. i am been waiting for 3 weeks
