Horrible

absolute horrible stove. i just got it yesterday and the stove top is scratched and has marks that arent coming off! i only cooked on it once! i used the proper cleaning products.
one day and one use and it’s ruined! i haven’t even paid for it yet. home depot wont take it back because they say its not a defect! it should be. shame on you samsung. i thought that your products we’re supposed to be top notch! it also takes forever to preheat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has a design flaw in the right front burner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did buy it a month ago, it would never connect to the internet so the "smart things app" was useless, every thing else worked ok except the big right front burner, flame from the front of that burner came up over the top of our pots about 6" high while the back side was only about 1” high, it was too dangerous to cook with so we returned it to Lowes yesterday!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good... but could be Great

Love this product. Looks great works great. Using for past 3 to 4 months and 2 issue i see and both are about the stove grate.
1) I feel the grate stands too high. Due to this every time usage is taking a little longer. Usual 5 mins work takes like 7 mins. It is just 2 mins... but 2 mins extra time in everything we do everyday means more gas usage.
2) It is a stupid design to put a horizontal bar right on top of the burner. So only flat vessels can be used. Anything with a slight curve at the bottom will start shaking or starts to rotate when we cook... since the vessel couldn't lay properly due to this center bar. I am even debating to cut a small portion in center so that all vessels stay put. Definitely person who designed the grate has not cooked before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HATE THIS STOVE

I bought this stove a month and IHATE IT it is the most confusing pile expensive garbage I have ever come across I am 80 years old and have used quite a few stoves in my life but this monstrosity is useless unless you are good with a computer other wise the stove is WORTHLESS

Great air fryer, huge capacity.

The air fryer function works great and is a huge time saver compared to baking, and we can feed our family of 4 easily. If I could change one thing it would be the timer sounds. Sooo loud and annoying. At least allow us to turn it down a notch.

If you purchase this please learn how to repair appliances. We have owned it for 7 years. I started replacing parts with brand name part 5 years ago. It’s junk and is continuously unreliable for anything other than a paperweight and maybe a target.

Samsung wifi stove

After 2 months the panel stopped working, they charged me a lot to fix it, and when you change your Wi-Fi network and want to use a different one, it wonnt Be careful, the oven turns on by itself. I noticed it when I got home from work; my apartment was really hot. Luckily, nothing serious happened. I still have it; I only use the burners and unplug it every day.
