CF2 malfunction

do not buy this range. within a year we got a cf2 malfunction light. samsung needs to recall these devices or replace the malfunctioning components as it is not just me i see many customers reporting the same.
samsung service is very bad. they sent a couple of service providers to fix this. both of them came and went back saying parts were needed and no update. i am been waiting for 3 weeks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Permanent damage - lack of suitable labels

we bought a new samsung smartthings range appliance just over a month ago. there is no note or label on the product advising not to use aluminum foil in the oven. the foil melted to the bottom of the oven and apparently fused with the oven bottom.
the only solution offered by samsung was for us to buy a new range - even though it’s a clear design feature that was not advertised, easily avoidable, and ruined the oven. we would appreciate it if samsung took responsibility towards its customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung wifi stove

After 2 months the panel stopped working, they charged me a lot to fix it, and when you change your Wi-Fi network and want to use a different one, it wonnt Be careful, the oven turns on by itself. I noticed it when I got home from work; my apartment was really hot. Luckily, nothing serious happened. I still have it; I only use the burners and unplug it every day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What an improvement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old stovetop/oven was 15 years old so this is a drastic improvement. I can't believe how quiet this oven is! Our old one was loud and using it warmed the entire kitchen (via the exhaust fan). I enjoy all of the options this oven offers (haven't had the opportunity to try the dehydrate function yet, but love that it has the air fry feature). Super easy to use, temperature is very consistent, the buttons respond easily when touched, and I like that the two larger burners are at the front (vs. our stovetop had one at the front, the other at the back). My favorite part about this oven is because it has so many features, it eliminates the need for additional appliances and I can save room in my kitchen. Wifi features are nifty, but not sure how much I'll use. I like how large the oven is, I'm able to bake multiple dishes with a consistent temperature. My only critique is the jingle sounds a little...off. Would be nice if we had the ability to change it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range about a month ago and I am pleased with it. It has the convection heat or you can choose just regular heat. It has an option for air fry but you do need to purchase a special pan for it. It has 6.3 cubic feet which is larger than some. It also is a smart range where you can control it from an app which is nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
