[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous features, more options that I'm going to have to learn how to use, so much more stove than I needed, but, Samsung offered such a great price for this fine product that I was sold.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my stove 2 year ago and suddenly the display panel turned off a the oven stopped working. They’ve come 2 times to fix it but the couldn’t. Hopefully the third is the good one.

Hello,
We understand how it feels to have an oven that stopped working.
We suggest contacting us via the options below to speak with a live representative for further assistance should you need to follow up on the repair.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Samsung Range about a month ago.
Pros: Priced very reasonably for its features. SmartThings enabled is very convenient for wireless control and notifications on your TV. Airfrying works surprisingly well.
Cons: changing from one cook mode to another can be frustrating as it tends to force you to wait until the temperature drops before you can select another mode. The numeric keypad doesn't always work with the first press. Under cabinet storage is minimal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago works like the very first day amazing even and fast heating. Have not had any issues at all and cleaning is super fast and easy. I definitely recommend and would purchase all over again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove about a month ago. I expected it to be very similiar to my previous Samsung range, but the controls are confusing and there was NO manual to accompany the stove for instructions. The very small booklet that came with the stove suggested going to the Samsung web site and "printing" out the manual. It should have come with the stove as I have no way to print it. Overall, not as pleased with this samsung as I was my previous one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Anna P,
It sounds really frustrating to have purchased a new stove expecting a seamless experience, only to face confusion with the controls and the lack of a physical manual. We are here to help and provide context.
There are several reasons why companies like us Samsung (and many others) no longer include a physical or hard-copy user manual with their appliances:
1. Environmental Concerns: Printing and packaging physical manuals require paper, ink, and other resources that contribute to waste.
2. Easier Updates: Digital manuals can be updated easily, ensuring that the most current information is always available. This is especially helpful when there are new features, or troubleshooting tips that need to be shared quickly.
3. No Obsolescence: Printed manuals can become outdated or lost over time, while digital versions can be continually updated without worrying about old, printed versions in circulation.
4. Consumer Preferences: Many users prefer digital access to manuals because they can quickly search for specific topics, save the manuals for later reference, and even access them on their smartphones or computers.
While some might miss the physical copy, the majority find digital versions to be just as useful, if not more so. You need not print the copy, you can save a digital copy to your handheld device or computer. I have shared this model's user manual link below for your reference.
