Too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottom drawer is too small. Timer jingle is too loud & too long. And yes, I know I can silence it, but then how will I know the food is ready? Other than that, it's fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart controls are useless for the most part.

It's good but the need to physically press a button to use the smart features almost makes the smart features useless. It also lost connectivity the first day and required a reset. Has not reoccurred since. Overall I should have done more research and found something with more smart smart controls. Nothing like being told to go touch your oven to start it remotely. Pretty dumb though I understand sort of why. It does feel like it could have been done with some other safeguards in place like oh it's been on for 30 mins preheating the door hasn't opened turn it off. Instead they just lock the smart control behind being near or remembering to push a button after every use. Very stupid smart controls if I'm honest.

Greetings!
It sounds like the smart features haven't been as convenient as you'd hoped, especially with the need to physically press a button to activate them. We wish to provide more context on this.
The idea behind this is to ensure the system is only activated when needed and to avoid accidental activation; however, we understand how this setup can feel inconvenient, especially when you're expecting a more seamless experience where the smart features are always ready to use without extra steps. Your suggestion will be provided to our product team for current and future product development.
