I bought 4 appliances at 05/2022 with extended warranty. 3 of 4 appliances occured problem when end extended warranty. This range's left side knob did not work a month ago and start smoke with burning smell. Microwave turned off continuously and made big noises, Error code for drain continuously came out for Dishwasher. I used Samsung product several years but I'm very disappointed this time. Consider Duribility when buy Samsung appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven takes a longggg time to warm up like 30 min to get to 400. The smart app only works in the house so no prewarmed oven on the way home which makes no sense

compared to our last range, this samsung model is horrible. we bought stainless steel to upgrade our kitchen. we purchased on 2/1/22- the stove top never gets fully cleaned, the stove top already has a scratch on one of the burners even though all care has been taken to avoid, once the oven is preset you can't change the temperature. consider buying some other range, this model should be taken off the market. we have several other samsung products we are happy with, i do regret purchasing this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has definitely changed our lives by changing the way we cook. We have been able to get rid of the clutter of smaller extra appliances sitting around on the countertops around the house. We also can now quickly and conveniently cook the best tasting meals without the added fat of deep frying. Air frying is the most amazing part of this range! It heats up super fast and cooks evenly. The added feature of having an app to be able to check whether you remembered to turn off the stove before leaving the house is the perfect safety feature for your home and also great for your mental health. I would recommend this range to anyone looking for a new electric range.
