It's important that it's a nice looking appliance. It is easy to use and is nice to bake with. I'm trained in the culinary arts and I love this stove. Well worth the price.

Key pad malfunction

Nice features on a great range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our new range for about one month. So far I am very happy with it. I know some reviewers complained that the stovetop was difficult to clean. I think it is much easier to clean than our LG range that we had to replace after just five years. The only difficult part for us (and we’re older) was setting up the smart app to set the time. As a word of caution, do not throw away the QR sticker before you set up the app. Scanning the QR code makes it much easier to do!

OVERHEAT

This stove is a really bad product. When I try to cook food it over heats it and it is uncontrollable. After turning the heat from medium to low it’s still super hot!! Samsung do better :(

Convenience I Didn't Have

Who knew that this was going to be so helpful, and so convenient. I can preset my timer for dinner, heat up the oven on my way home from work, start the cleaning when I am out shopping. Love this new stove.

Great product but with some flaws. Handle is too tightly close to the door. Typically you want to hang some towels in the handle for cleanup, this makes it hard.
The oven is also a bit loud when turned on.
The smart features are great though!
I would recommend this to a friend!
