[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are few issues with the model. 1. Cast iron grills provided to put on stove are not designed properly. It should be circular where the flame is. But i find horizontal bar right in center of flame which is not stable for pots 2. Flame control in burners. Out of five one burner has 2, one small circle and one outer. In low setting only inner shd be burning Flame. Controlshd be smooth All 4 burner sizes shd be designed for different style of pots and pans

Hi Satish,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—what you’ve described highlights some important areas that can really affect how enjoyable and efficient cooking feels day to day. We are here to provide insight into the griddle and the burners of your range model.
While a circular shape might seem like the natural fit for the flame, a rectangular design actually offers some practical benefits. It provides a larger, more versatile cooking surface, allowing you to cook multiple items at once. Plus, rectangular grills or griddles often align better with the burner layout, especially when ranges have elongated or bridge burners, helping to distribute heat evenly. This shape also makes it easier to use other burners alongside, giving more flexibility in cooking different dishes simultaneously. So, the rectangular design aims to balance stability, heat distribution, and overall cooking efficiency.
The center oval burner provides optimal temperatures specifically designed for griddle cooking, delivering even heat over a large surface area.
The stove has five burners tailored for different cooking needs. The Right Front (18,000 BTU) delivers powerful heat for boiling and high output. The Right Rear (5,000 BTU) is perfect for low-simmering delicate foods like chocolate and casseroles. The Center burner (10,000 BTU) is designed specifically for griddling pancakes, fried eggs, and similar dishes—not for pots. The Left Front (17,000 BTU) provides quick, general heating, while the Left Rear (9,500 BTU) is ideal for steady, low simmering. If you need a low heat setting, you can use the Right Rear or Left Rear burners. Together, they offer versatile cooking options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung Stove. The air fryer is so convenient when I need to make dinner in a rush. The confectioners setting is great for cakes and pies or even biscuits. I love the fact that there isn't a bottom eye in the oven. Clean up is a breeze and who doesn't love that. The 2 stove top eyes with full big or small setting is convenient when your cooking with alot of small pots or skillets. And the warming eye is absolutely the greatest. This is my first stove with all the different setting. But it was very easy to figure out. I'll Def buy another when or if this one ever goes back. It's absolutely perfect.
