Classy and Elegant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my previous range was just fine, but my husband convinced me to get this new one as we were updating some other items in our kitchen.
I was very impressed when it was installed. Very elegant looking but also very functional. I love the cooktop lines that help me decide which burner to use with different sized pans. The cooktop is also very easily cleaned if something spills.
I love having an option of "normal" baking or convention baking and that the oven adjusts the cooking time if I chose convection so I don't end up over cooking something.
The best part however is the air fryer. We have a normal sized air fryer and use it several times a week. With the air fryer in this range however, I can cook like 4 times the amount of food at the same time and it doesn't produce any smells in the house.
Overall, I am very impressed and love my new range!

Buyer beware!

I've been preparing meals daily for over 30 years, and this is absolutely the worst range I've ever used. Constant work to keep the cook top clean. Temperature settings on the 3-in-1 burner are nearly impossible to regulate. I thought it may be just a learning curve on my part, but it continues to disappoint after close to a year of trial and error. Middle burner set on Lo will boil soup! So much for setting on Lo to simmer. Oven features like air fry are nice but be prepared to do a major cleaning of the entire oven afterwards. High upkeep with below average results.

POOR PROCCESS OF REGISTERING

Poor quality

This oven is awful. I've had it for only two years and the ignitor needed to be replaced a few months ago, no the gas input valve is leaking and will cost more than the oven is worth to fix. I purchased the bronze colored version, which started wearing off within the first month of ownership. Just really terrible all around and would never buy Samsung again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just terrible , did not expect from SAMSUNG

for The past decade and half , i was one the most loyal Samsung customer , from several top of line cell phone , four or five TVs , a mediocre refrigerator * that is so badly insulated that all the ice in the ice maker stick together and hard to dispense , and finally the very worst of ELECTRIC RANGE , that i ever owned, I’m seventy five years old. A simple 8.5” pot of water gives you a heart attack to boil !!!!! You put the pot on the element and turn the knob to the high HOT position , the element turns red and just few seconds later turns off and on and off and on and off and on and off and on till you heart gave up and you drop dead , the most ridiculous set up ever , not only water but everything else that you try to cook,the top glass in not of premium quality , is very thin and scratches easily, unfortunately i bought this bad item Jan of last years , my 15 years old Range was a 1000 percent better than this new waste of money .
Complained numerous times to no result , I AM NOT SAMSUNG loyal customer no more .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The temperature increases gradually as the heating element cycles on and off to maintain the setting. It retains enough heat during the off periods for consistent heating. Radiant elements have a limiter that allows them to cycle, even on high, to prevent damage to the ceramic cooktop. This cycling is normal, especially if the cookware is too small or has an uneven bottom.

We recommend checking pages 22 and 24 of the user manual for tips on proper usage and the right types of cookware for your cooktop.

This Oven Is Awesome - Especially The Air Fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven, especially the Air Fryer component. I'm still in the learning phase because the instructions that came with the oven don't go into detail as explicitly as I would like. But, I cooked a whole chicken in the Air Fryer yesterday and it came out a beautiful golden brown, the skin was real crispy and the meat was so tender and juicy. I don't know why I've waited so long to get onboard with the Air Frying Generation!

Dangerous produce
