Doesn't heat up the kitchen!

Hard to set up smart control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smart feature is very hard to set up. The user manual does not tell clear step by step instruction to set up. I had to call Samsung customer service to get instruction to set up smart feature to control by my phone. Smart only control the range, not control the cook top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this range for just over a month now and I’m still continually amazed how awesome it is! The cooktop burners heat up fast and bring water to a boil pronto. We use the air fryer, dehydrator and bread proof features regularly - it’s great having so many options to choose from with just one appliance. I love how it lets me know on my phone that it’s up to temperature (which it reaches in about half the time of our older oven.) Plus it looks fantastic in our kitchen. Easily the best appliance purchase we’ve made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but results are fantastic. Need some new cookware for the stove top ;) (infrared cooktop) not all cookware is created equal. I have used the convection oven with a bake time cut in half :). Excellent heat retention for oven. Proper cooktop cookware results are a bit different. Cast iron has a bit better results for cook times. Aluminum and cooper do not conduct heat well. Cook time results are twice the time required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this oven more in the last 2 weeks then we have probably used our old oven all year. The features make it a breeze to use. We love the airfry and breadproof feature since these are both things that we were planning to purchase as separate appliances. We have already used the air fryer option to make fries and fried chicken with very little oil. The no pre-heat option for the air fryer helps getting the process going fast. Having built in WiFi is amazing because it allows us to monitor and adjust things like temperature and cooking time from our phones. It is also good for making sure everything is turned off when you leave the house instead of having to come back home. I like the flexibility in choosing the size of burner to use and the keep warm feature in the stovetop and oven is a great feature when trying to balance out multiple dishes. The oven itself is very roomy and I have cooked a large lamb roast with multiple side dishes all at once with no issues of space. The design is very sleek and modern and fits in perfectly with our kitchen style. The black stainless steel is a great color. Overall my favorite feature is the Airfry option and the WiFi capabilities for remote monitoring and adjustments. Would highly recommend it for anybody looking for a modern update to their oven.

Awesome electric range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric range has been quite an upgrade from my previous one. I really like the modern, contemporary stainless steel design. All the parts are made of high quality material.
The range also has a very easy to use/functional design. The touch controls are easy to use and understand from the get go. The Rapid Boil technology makes fast heating a breeze and the warming center in the middle is super convenient.
I was excited to add this range to my smart controls in Samsung Smart Things and Google Home. It really fits in nice with my other smart appliances. I like that I can monitor the state of the stove and oven anytime and also preset the oven. The oven or stove cannot be turned on remotely which I don't mind since I don't want any accidental use.
I also like the oven door lock feature to prevent kids from opening it when in use.
The range is very easy to clean with self cleaning options. I was a bit worried at first to see some burned marks on the glass top that didn't go with simple wiping. But once I followed the direction to use recommended Glasstop cleaner those marks went away with a little effort.
Very happy with this range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely beautiful. I love the elegant look. This fits in perfectly with the flow of my kitchen. This makes the whole area! There are so many options and features to fit your cooking lifestyle. I am personally super excited to try the bread proofing option as I love to bake. Everyone else is excited for the air fryer option. Being able to remotely control this from my phone has been a life saver on our busy days! This has made cooking effortless. Cleaning will be a breeze with the self cleaning option! Compared to my old one this is a diamond. The food cooks so much faster and evenly heats. I had to scrub my old one which was such a hassle, and took a really long time. Now, it is clean and I don't have to doing anything, but push a button. I wasn't able to do much with my old stove besides cook. There was not option for me to use. If i wanted to use half of the features on this stove I had to have several gadgets out and going. So cooking was hectic!
