Looks great - just doesn't last

I bought this oven in 9-2024. I thought I was getting a quality product that would last 10 years. It's been 3 years and its been terrible for over a year. The buttons don't work. So the functionality has decreased precipitously over the last 9 months. Unfortunately this was a real waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
