[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS IS THE 2ND SAMSUNG STOVE I BOUGHT. I LOVE THE STOVE, HOWEVER, MUCH LIKE THE OTHER ONE I HAD. THE GLASS TOP SCRATCHES VERY EASILY. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, THAT IS THE ONLY DRAWBACK TO THIS AWESOME STOVE.. JUST BE VERY CAREFUL. MAKE SURE ALL PANS ARE SMOOTH ON THE BOTTOM. OR IT WILL SCRATCH

Nasty glass top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The glass top is impossible to keep scratch-free and is very hard to keep clean. I wish having kept my old one. On the positive side, this range does offer some good features such as settings for dehydration, convection, and adjustable broiling temprature.

The purchase, delivery and installation could not have been more perfect. This model Samsung stove and every feature performs flawlessly. Every dish prepared is perfectly cooked and delicious. I’m totally pleased with my stove. It’s a 100% quality product! Love it!!

Good range, defective control knobs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range works as expected and has some useful features. They obviously went cheap on the knobs though as the one for my main burner broke within just a couple of months. I found some replacement knobs from a different retailer that seem to be of better quality, however I'm not the biggest fan of their appearance. The only other negative, if you want to look at it that way is that the oven heats up slowly. Once it is up to temp though, it maintains the temperature and bakes nicely.
