[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the quality of the stove and have enjoyed using it. the stove looks great in my kitchen. I have only had it a few weeks with no issues.
The registration process was a pain as the serial number was on the bottom rail of the stove. Extremely difficult to capture the serial number. They could have made the registration for warranty easier.
I had to go online and download the manual in order to figure out how to set the clock.
I did not move to 4 stars as this was related to the customer experience rather than the range itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove and so glad I did. My old stove's oven wouldnt work properly had the heating element replaced last year. Still didn't cook right. Bought this stove and love it. It cooks fast. I really like the notification tune when it's finished cooking and preheated.

Steam Clean for the win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our range 6 months ago. The keypad/buttons stuck since day one, this was repaired under warranty with minimal issues. Now that the keypad functions properly, I have no complaints. My wife and I chose this range as my wife wanted the air fryer and I wanted the steam clean option. The steam clean option works fairly well. I found if I ran it 4-5 times back to back and my oven was almost perfectly clean.

A lot functionalities with some drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to other brands' range at similar price range, it offers many extra functionalities such as bread proof, air fry, etc..
However, the glass top is less easy to maintain clean compared to my previous LG glass top.
Also during baking, the oven fan would start intermittently despite it's not in "air-fry" mode, which results in drier bread.
