[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using my new stove for a couple weeks now and I’m in love. I’ve cooked ribs in the oven and air fryer, used the big burner to pan sear Chilean sea bass, a couple ribeye steaks, and grilled cheeses. Everything has turned out so amazing. The ribs dripped in the bottom of the stove and using the steam clean and a sponge and my stove looks brand new again. It is everything I was hoping for.

C-f2 error appears to be common

We purchased this stove as part of a set. Loved the look and performance, until the c-f2 code made its appearance (could possibly a connection issue with the touch screen). We’ve been using the stove less than 2 years. Seems to be a common issue with this range and fixing the issue will cost over $200 if I do it myself. Starting to question if it was worth taking a chance on Samsung as this was my first time going to Samsung for my kitchen appliance needs.

May need repairs constantly

Bought this item 1 year ago, have serviced it once for a C-F2 code which seems to be very common with these ranges. I am 1 week away from my manufacture warranty expiration date, and suddenly received the C-F2 code once again. If I was out of warranty I would need to purchase the part for 150+, and considering that this issue happened twice within a year, you should either stay away from this item or purchase an extended warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Far more features than expected for the price. Bread Proofing, convection cooking are things I didn't think I needed, till we used them. Clock setting info could be a little clearer - just tap, don't hold 3 sec. And should be in the quick start rather than online.

WATER STAINED IT!

Can SOMEONE tell me how to clean the glass cooktop??!! Water stains it. When I asked customer service they recommended baking soda, then lemon, then Cerama Bright. Water stains it....period. I tried the baking soda and lemon...it got worse. I repeat...water stains it...plain water. A new stove and it looks like crap. I will try the Cerama Bright but if water stained it, I can guess the results. Am I the only one with this problem? I need help!
