[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year ago and have had no issues at all. Everything works as expected. There is one small thing I am not wild about and that is the griddle that goes in the middle. Food slips off of it too easily. Should have made deeper edges.

Well in two and half years it’s failed. I could repair it but I’d rather purchase something far more reliable. I suggest everyone read professional reviews of Samsung products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
