[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a combo . Really like it but can’t give it 5 stars mostly because I can’t get it connected to my Wifi and smartthings Samsung IOT system. I have called support but they worked with me for a while and got disconnected a couple of times and I keep getting the same error every time I attempt. It seems to be a much better range than it replaced for sure. I have been in IT support for many years and bring datacenter systems online every day and can get everything I need working with my WIFI network. Just not this simple device.
We bought this two years ago. It seems that opening up the oven for less than a minute can bring the temperature from 400 to 325 or less in less than a minute. Today I prepped the meal, including making scratch bisquits turned the oven while I was making the bisquits and it was only at 175. This takes a long time to heat up. After 20 minutes and it's still at 175 i open up the oven and it's cold. The gas cooktop was working. I was able to get the Hi/Low Broil to work, but the oven doesn't work. The issue with losing heat just to open and look inside and it dropped over 100 degrees has been since the beginning.

Very poor performance. The cooktop elements do not maintain consistent heat output. Set it to high and it barely comes on initially. After a few minutes, it goes to full power...when you reduce the power to half or below...it takes a minute or two to get to that level. Then it will randomly heat back up and back down. It usually takes 3 tries to get the oven temperature set as the keypad fails to accept input until I cancel the setting and try again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

only 2 years old and the electronics are going crazy. Switching to all the different selections without us doing anything. Now the over turns off as its heating up. Guess you just can't buy good stuff anymore if it can't last 2 years. And of course out of warranty so to repair is on us. Might just get rid of it and buy another brand. Won't buy a Samsung again.

I bought the oven 2 years ago because I wanted to match all the appliances and Samsung was suppose to be high quality. The pilots get gas and starts normal, but the oven is not starting or warming. No error codes, just nothing and only two years old. After matching all appliances to Samsung brand, all have their own issues. The dishwasher was also replaced in the beginning and the current randomly leaks. I miss my old non-Samsung appliances, at least they worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rating would be a 5 star if it weren't for the single reason that some features must be accessed with a smartphone. It's a range. Why do I need a phone to turn the light on... I don't get it.
