Great Range, Only 1 issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot complain about this range for the price/style, however, I've had one small issue with the range. Rarely, but has happened more than once, the cooking timer will freeze. Haven't found a way to correct this issue yet. Otherwise great range!

Beware of self clean

Two months after warranty expired I ran the 2-hour self clean cycle for the first time and the middle pane of glass on the door shattered dropping glass everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This range was exactly as expected. I actually bought an open box that popped up when I went to add the original range to my cart but a brand new one showed up anyway. We ordered the black stainless steel bc it was cheaper than the other option. It fits in just fine with my other stainless steel appliances.
The installation was really painless. The driver arrived on time and put the oven in my kitchen and even hauled off my old range and hood even though I didn't pay for that. Just something to keep in mind if you are having an appliance delivered. I have a feeling they want to take your old appliances so they can scrap them so why pay extra?
I wish the range came with a Samsung air fry tray since it has an air fryer but that's being really picky.
As for performance, the burners heat up really quickly and the oven is amazing. I toasted garlic bread in about a minute with the air fryer setting and it came out perfect.
I use a cast iron pan on the glass top so I can definitely see where it has been scratch wise(at the right angle) but nothing would hold up to a skillet so no complaints on scratching so far.
The wifi is silly to me but one cool thing you can do is sync the time on the range with the app. This is nice here in Florida where the power goes out when the wind blows. My wife gets alerts when I turn the stove on so that's kinda funny. We love our Samsung smart washer and use the app for various things but not sure about an oven. It definitely would not have been a deal breaker if this model didn't have the feature.
I will definitely update my review in the future if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in July, immediate issues with touch pad, by October oven temperature was low by 25 degrees from what was set and indicated. All issues fixed under warranty. Unit now works perfectly.

I do not recommend this product. I agree with many of the other 1-star reviews about 1) streaks within the glass door after one use and Samsung service says its not a design flaw; 2) easy scratching on the cook top even though the customer uses proper cleaning tools and lifts pans instead of pushing on the glass top. These happened to us. In addition, the clock light went out just two days after the warranty expired. And the stainless steel is clearly not fingerprint-less. It's the most difficult stainless steel to clean. Constantly full of streaks and fingerprints.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
