Pick me so I can buy a new stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the first day of Halloween, my true love bought me a new Samsung range. And by Christmas dinner it was broke! And Samsung refuses to fix it! Even though it’s KNOWN problem with their products! Husbands, save yourself the grief and don’t buy your wife anything Samsung! Have a Merry Christmas! Maybe I’ll win so I can buy me a new LG stove!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as amazing as portrayed

I am still figuring this stove out but nothing delivers as described so far.
Air fryer and bake convection functions take much longer to cook than promised.
It is uneven baking too, one side is always more burned.
Pizza came out weird, cheese melted and crust was beginning to burn but mushrooms on top were still cold, it was still cold inside, and it was in there for the time recommended on the box (although the range's description says it will be faster, it is never faster).
Steam clean function did nothing at all, it never really got hot and did not clean anything. Samsung's video shows that after this clean cycle you suppose to be able to just wipe the grease off. No way, nothing to wipe, it is all still dried up, not even a bit loosened up.
Display panel does not light up at all, only the clock, not sure if it suppose to, couldn't find an answer about that anywhere.
Overall, not that amazing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have tried the air fryer and I think that’s going to be very nice when we have more experience with it. We have lots of positive feedback on the range and yes we are going to make it good. These days regrettably a use and care book does not come with the product so we have to experiment so we’re having a lot of fun with it.

Valuing the wide range of control options it provides. From convection to air frying and dehydration. There is only one negative. The glass top is time-consuming to keep clean and scratch-free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased kitchen replacement appliances and read reviews on Samsung which sounded good with many features, however I haven't fully used my new stove/range to its fullest as of yet. The way the top burners work are troubling to get used to they work differently than any other stovetop if used before. The oven takes longer to heat them my previous old electric stove. The new oven doesn't have a bottom heating element which takes getting used to also. So far I'm not fully impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
