[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new electric stove. Stoves have really come a long ways. It has wi fi and you can check the temperature and timer from your living room and it tells you when your food is almost done and how many minutes you have left. The glass top stove is very easy to keep clean which is why I wanted it. All so a very big oven!

When it was hooked and ready to use I noticed that there is NO convection just airfry. They are Not the same.

Permanent damage - lack of suitable labels

we bought a new samsung smartthings range appliance just over a month ago. there is no note or label on the product advising not to use aluminum foil in the oven. the foil melted to the bottom of the oven and apparently fused with the oven bottom.
the only solution offered by samsung was for us to buy a new range - even though it’s a clear design feature that was not advertised, easily avoidable, and ruined the oven. we would appreciate it if samsung took responsibility towards its customers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
