The air fryer is amazing

The air fryer does not have to preheat. Which is amazing. The other features that u can connect to wifi I don't really use.

Not sure how I feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Oct. 20, 2021. It is Jan. 3, 2022. The range doesn't come with a user manual. The user has to view it online or print out a small book. Dishes that I have prepared for 27 yrs., aren't producing expected results. Pies & cookies don't fully rise and other dishes are cooked too quickly. Not sure if the range is off or what. Also, the touch pad is EXTREMELY sensitive. It can't be wiped clean without setting off the touch settings. The chime that goes off when the timer goes off is also very loud and there is no way to lower the volume.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do have an option to turn off the sound when using the controls, but no current method to lower the volume. To help with your pies and cookies. It might help to calibrate the oven. You can check the link below on steps on how to do that. ^Pat

A Great and Versatile Range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the range a little over a month and have used it daily. The basic features work as they should do lets look at the not so basic ones.
Air fryer. I wanted this feature since I Alessi do most of my cooking in a counter top unit but the size limitations were starting to annoy me as cooking 3-5 batches is tedious. That's no longer the case with this range. I can cook one batch and done.
The smart/ wifi feature is good. It gives you the status(burner & oven on/off) of the range and allows you to preset the cooking method and time. However someone must still physically press the start button. I'm sure this is for safety, but I'd rather have the option to turn on the range from the app.
I would recommend this to a friend!
