We bought this to entertain our grandkids, what a fun time we have with it! They love customizing their ice cream, and we love how easy it is to clean up. Definitely recommend for families.

Crate&Barrel is my go to for any of the appliances. They are top-notch and work very well. When the soft serve ice cream machine came out of course I needed it. Had a party and surprised our guest with soft serve ice cream for the dessert. It worked really well they got into the Sprinkles also. There laughter was contagious. The soft serve ice cream machine is all that it says it is and the price was also very reasonable. I can’t wait for the next surprise machine that will be coming out because I guarantee you I will be right on it.

If you’re a true fan of soft serve ice cream then you will enjoy the small parties you can have with this machine. It makes a good product but warning, it has parts to assemble and disassemble to clean with each use. Some people will not prefer the maintenance process!

The owner’s manual includes a lot of recipes for ice creams, sorbets, frozen drinks, and sauces. I just mix everything together ahead of time in my blender, then keep the pitcher of the ice cream base in the refrigerator until about 30 minutes before I’m ready to serve. Turn on the machine, pour in the base, and that’s it. I really like the extra features too: 3 topping holders/dispensers, a sauce warmer, and an ice cream cone holder.
