[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice and quiet. Wasn't told they take 2 to 3 times longer to do loads. Clothes seem to come out cleaner then old machines we had.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had all sorts of washer and dryer brands throughout my life...Some of them have been satisfactory but not amazing. It wasn't until I got my Bosch washer and dryer set that I realized how clean my clothes could be. My clothes have never been cleaner or smelled better. The wifi connectivity allows me to do many things that I couldn't do before. I highly recommend Bosch appliances to anyone. They are not only space and energy efficient, but they also get your clothes exceptionally clean!!! Thank you Bosch!!! I love you guys.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have had this compact dryer for 2 months now and we are satisfied with it's functioning. It is nice that it doesn't have to be vented. The only negative is that clothes don't feel completely dry even when the "extra dry" option is used. I often have to air dry them at the end of the cycle or add several extra drying cycles.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer sat in the living room of our condo for 8 weeks waiting for the corresponding washer to arrive. The delay was caused by supply chain issues. When the washer finally arrived (we moved up to a series 800 washer rather than wait any longer), it finally got installed. We do about 3-5 loads of wash a week given the size of the compact duo. This was the first experience we have had with a ventless unit having moved from a house with a large electric dryer that vented to the outside. We have been running it on the cotton/dry setting as per the reviews and manual, the clothes do come out a little moist. For those that are too damp to put away, we will run a short timed cycle and that all that's needed. The unit is pretty quiet and sits in a small laundry closet right outside my home office. The noise is not objectionable and I have seen no need to close my door.
The lone issue is that installation was not carefully done. The drain hose must have crimped up when the slid the unit into the closet (this was not Bosch's fault). Rather than having them come out and fix this, we have been manually emptying the condensation tank which is not a big issue as the kitchen sink is only about 15 feet away. Unfortunately, the installers did not leave the small plug with us when they left. I called Bosch and they quickly sent a replacement kit out that contained the plug at no cost.
I look forward to seeing how the appliance holds up in the long term. If it ever does need servicing and they have to pull it out, we will ge the hose problem fixed but right now it just works and works well.
