Beware, Do not buy this dryer

Purchased the stackable 500 series washer/dryer combo with the heat pump. I previously had the condensing dryer but decided to replace the set when the bearings went out on the washer. The heat pump dryer literally does not dry. You will hear the heat pump come on ocasionally but literally the clothes will flop around for 3-4 hours and still come out wet. You can set the dryness level to the max of 4, yep still wet. This thing is a complete lemon and I have major regrets spending the $$$$ for something energy efficient that runs for half a day without drying my clothes. Do NOT buy.

Semi-compact, pretty quiet, very effective (which was a surprise, considering its a condenser dryer). Automatic draining of the collected water is my favorite feature.

Typical European dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the WiFi connection feature, however the dryer doesn't dry clothing thoroughly. I always have to set it to extra drying for it to dry. American dryers never have this problem. I've lived in Europe and damp clothing was a typical problem there. I would recommend another brand.

Too small

Bosch Heat Pump Dryer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased the Ventless dryer due to our ventilation or lack of. We love it! Got used to empty in the reservoir with the extra moisture goes. It is important to empty it after each use, Depending on the load, sometimes the reservoirs full of water. Really like how the dryer doesn't overdraw, They even sometimes feel a little bit damp, but once you take them out, shake them and fold them it's all good.

Worst appliance experience ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drying time started off okay but steadily declined over time. Eventually, a load of four bath towels took about 8 hours and still didn't come out dry enough to be put away. Luckily I had added the extended warranty and had Bosch send out a repair person. However, three visits later from three different repair people and the dryer is in worse condition than before they came. They they replaced the water pump and broke the water collection drawer so that it cannot be opened. Drying times did not improve at all. Now Bosch tells me that if I want service from a different repair company, I have to find that company myself. The repair company Bosch has contracted with for my area has one star on Yelp. The first service person they sent out told me I needed to clean out my vent duct. However, as I explained to him, this is a heat pump dryer and doesn't vent.
