Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer came with our new condo. This is our first heat pump dryer and I had read some negative reviews, so was not sure we would like the dryer. Have been using it for six months and have been overall pleased with it. Would agree with reviewers that some items feel damp when removing them from the dryer. If the item feels too damp to put away, such as a thick towel or heavy jeans, I lay it on a clothing rack we installed in the laundry room. Usually, within a half hour the item feels dry to the touch. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the energy savings and compact size of the dryer.

Superior Dryer

This dryer is greater than 30% more efficient than standard electric (or gas) dryers. It is gentle on the clothes and doesn't take the heated air in your home and vent it directly outside. It cools and dehumidifies your home in the summer (in New England). It takes about 30 minutes longer to dry a load but well worth the tradeoff.

Almost as good as a laundry line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't use our dryer much as we prefer the laundry line, but what do you do when it is raining? The Bosch heat pump dryer uses much less energy than other dryers and the heat exchanger is self cleaning (unlike other condensation dryers where you have to keep the heat exchanger clean)

Great dryer!

Has a good sized capacity and also plenty of different functions to choose from. Works seamlessly with my 500 Series washer too.

Remote start faulty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent dryer, but the remote start feature doesn't make sense, as you have to click remote start on the machine every use. It should remain toggled on if clicked 1 time or the app should be able to always have remote start connected

Bosch 500 series Dryer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Overall we are happy with new dryer, during use laundry room is very humid, and we believe we will have to install venting fan to alleviate. Energy consumption is less than old dryer. We are still getting used to all the bells and whistles.
