Doesn't Dry Clothes

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Does not dry clothes - always damp. Even after several hours. For example have king bed and only wash 1 sheet at time so not overloaded & after 2 + hours of drying still damp and very wrinkled. To wash bed sheets for 1 bed is about a 6 hour process. Clothes I air dry, dry faster. My technician explained these dryers (heat pump) are built for European standards for efficiency and this is to be expected. Wish these reviews had posted before I bought

A perfect fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drying time is longer than for a traditional dryer, but for the space I had and the fact that it requires no outside vent, it works for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Takes forever too dry!

My only complaint, and it's rather significant, is that it takes FOREVER for clothes to dry. For exemple, it takes almost 4 hours too dry 2 queen sheets and 2 pillowcases. The Quick Dry setting isn't much better. While I can appreciate the important of saving energy, why bother using a dryer when my clothes dry faster on a rack in front of heater? I do NOT think this 'heat pump' technology is worth the price at all. I would not buy this model again for this reason. The purpose of a dryer is too dry clothes!!!!!!!!!
