WET CLOTHES

Listen to the reviews. My clothes are wet and hanging all over the house to dry. THIS DOES NOT DRY CLOTHES.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Excellent appliance! I am so pleased! No more dryer lint or exhaust condensation. A tad pricey but if you can afford it, buy it. It is European-style so compact and perfect for a condo/apartment/flat. Not appropriate for a family.

Always Damp

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We've had the dryer for about a month and it just doesnt dry. It's like the moister it's supposed to suck out just stays in there so even after three hours the clothes still have that damp feeling.
We got this for it's compact design and it fits so much better than North American style dryers, we want to keep it, we want it to work.
Bosch team, what can we do to get our clothes their dryest in a resonable amount of time? The link you provided to the other reviews doesn't help.

Disappointing

After owning a Bosche washer and dryer that were old and expecting the same level of quality, I bought a Series 500 set and I regret my decision. The dryer does not dry, gives an DR error code and the troubleshooting and find a service is a nightmare. I would stay away.
