When storing your pressure washer over the winter or for longer than 30 days, make sure it will be ready for your next cleaning project. Your manual will have specifics. Here are some general procedures:
• Store the pressure washer in a dry area, protected from freezing temperatures and other extreme weather.
• Keep it away from heat sources that could dry out the pump seals.
• Use a pump lubricant/antifreeze. A pump protector is liquid Anti-Freeze formulated to prolong the life of your pressure washer; the product can be found at most hardware stores. If you cannot do the Optimum Winterizing procedure, you can still protect your pressure washer from winter damage by disconnecting all water connections. Turn on the machine for a few second, until the remaining water in the pump exits. Turn off immediately.
• Do not allow high-pressure hose to become kinked.
• Store the machine and accessories in a room that does not reach freezing temperatures.
If the pressure washer is subjected to freezing temperatures or is to be stored or left unused for ANY period longer than thirty days, the unit should be stored properly. This is called “winterizing”. The term is somewhat confusing because your storage period may or may not happen in cold temperatures or even during winter. Nevertheless, this procedure is strongly recommended to be done every time the unit may sit for longer than thirty days without being used. Whether stored inside or out, heated space or cold, winter or summer. This keeps the unit from freezing and, very importantly, it keeps water from drying out inside the pump and leaving behind very harmful deposits. These deposits will act like sandpaper in the seals the next time it is used. This also keeps any parts from rusting or oxidizing which may destroy your pump.

Great product!

Just replaced an older Craftsman gas powered washer with this one. Do much easier to use. Wish I had switched a long time ago!

Good Machine So Far

We had a 2000 psi that was broken so I called support to try to locate a part. Support informed me that there were no parts because that machine was discontinued. Since it was still under the warranty they sent us an upgraded one at no cost. I couldn't be happier with their support.
So far I have used the new 2300 once for an hour or so. It performs about as well as I would expect it to so no complaints so far. It was very easy to assemble the machine and it's easy to operate. Shipping was swift too.

Bought this pressure washer today, just hoping I would get similar performance to my gas pressure washer. I must admit, I was a skeptic and my neighbors with electric models had borrowed my gas pressure washer. I assembled the unit in under 15 minutes, filled the soap tank and I was on my way to see what this thing
had. The initial motor start didn’t spike my testosterone, but the pressure achieved was nothing less than awesome. What had I been waiting on to try this electric machine. The sound is low, the pressure is great, and my house is happily cleaned! Who needs gas and fumes with this gem of a machine! Buy it, you’ll be satisfied! Tim the Tool Man Taylor would also approve!

Love my power washer

I bought this last year and have used it many times! I just power washed my deck and it did an amazing job, yes I did get close to the deck with the nozzle, but it just ate the dirt right off! I have used it to power wash my house also, and again it did a great job as long as you get close enough to what you are washing! I love my Greenworks tools! I have a snow thrower, push lawn mower, riding mower and leaf blower! I thought I was having issues with my rider, but everything is good on that machine! These products are just so much easier for me to use!
