I've used the Pro 2300 twice sense my purchase. First time on a friends mobile home with vinyl siding. The Pro 2300 did a excellent job in removing green and black grime from the siding. My friend made the comment that the siding looked new again. The second usage was on my 11'x13' deck. I needed to prep the deck for painting. The Pro 2300 did a excellent job in removing contaminants from the wood surfaces. I'm impressed with the amount of pressure generated with this pressure washer. I got a piece of scrap wood to test the pressure and it will damage the wood if nozzle is held close to the surface. I did not use the turbo adapter for this test. Overall I'm extremely happy with this pressure washer and how easy it is to setup and use.

Excellent Pressure Washer!

I needed to purchase a pressure washer for use by volunteer work teams hosted by our church. Definitely needed to be electric. Much research / YouTube videos / etc led me to purchase this Greenworks 2300 Pro at Lowe’s. I am SO IMPRESSED! This is an excellent electric pressure washer. Lots of pressure and great flow rate combine for excellent cleaning capability. Really rocks with the turbo nozzle. Only trait that takes a little getting used to, is the slow ramp-up to operating pressure each time you pull the trigger to wash.
I was very concerned (based on other reviews) about breaking the pump alloy casting where both the pressure hose and garden hose attach. I could see how the casting could break if someone were to tug on the hose trying to move the washer, or such things. Being used by volunteers, I felt I needed to protect the pump from breakage. Attached are a couple pictures of my solutions. Should survive now!
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful

Hello Brad F,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. I will provide some troubleshooting below to try out and if you find that these suggestions does not resolve, please contact us at 1-888-909-6757 or submit an email to info@greenworkstools.com and include the headline "Help Request - Reviewer Response".
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: Over time with use, the pressure washer nozzles may collect dust, dirt and calcium build-up which as a result cause the pressure washer to malfunction while in use. To solve this problem, you can soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with hot water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air From The Line / Bleeding Out The Unit: For all of our pressure washers, when the customers unit will not turn on, it starts pulsating or turning off during use most of the time it is due to air that is stuck in the pump from the customer's previous use. This can be fixed by assembling the unit as per usual, no extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, reinstall your nozzle and continue squeezing the trigger then turn on the unit with your opposite hand. At this point, any trapped air should be eliminated – thus allowing the unit to run freely. *Please try all nozzles and note any differences in performance.
Hoping the issue will be able to correct with these suggestions. Please let us know.

Poor first impression

I bought this today and was cleaning my patio but after about 20 min, it wouldn't provide pressure anymore. The power was on. I turned it off, unplugged it, powered it back up and then it started working again. But then after another 10 min, it stopped working. This is very disconcerting. I'm sure I followed all the instructions.
Is there anything that may explain this behavior. I'm inclined to return it and buy a different brand at this point.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe

Hello Jeff_K,
Thank you for choosing Greenworks! It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI.
4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.

Such an excellent product that’s built with sturdiness and QUALITY. If this product was a cellphone, it would definitely be an iPhone (Apple quality). You know when you buy something so neat and awesome to the point where you think of it as a decoration? THIS POWER WASHER IS IT!!
