Works well not a fan of the pressure hose

Tool works great. I am not a fan of the provided high pressure hose. The hose comes tightly coiled and wants to remain that way, causing it to get tangled and kinked if not careful
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Quiet, Effective
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello,

We want to thank you for providing feedback to us about your pressure washer and we are very thrilled that you love your tool. We are sorry that it keeps coiling up on you and sometimes gets tangled. Sometimes the hoses are coiled up for a long period of time and with the material on the inside of the hose, can take some time to straighten out.

Please know that our designers and product developers will occasionally read these comments, so we really appreciate it when customers share their thoughts with us.

Good sub for 5hp gas models

Got tired of cleaning carbs on gas PWs despite using fuel stabilizers, for residential this is a nice plug and play unit. Turbo nozzle is the key for cleaning concrete/brick/rock surfaces quickly. Motor pulls a good load so make sure you run it in an empty 15Amp circuit or 20A if you have to run something else. Only downside is trigger spring tires out your hand for constant use, but most PWs are like that.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet

Pleasantly Surprised!

I used my new unit today for the first time and was surprised how well it performed, it being an electric washer. My passed experience was only with a gas pressure washer. This model is just as powerful. To you gas users, you don't know what you're missing. I am not missing buying gas and oil or constantly pulling on a cord to try to get it started. Switch over, you won't be sorry.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Powerful

Turbo Nozzel Fixed

I bought a 2000 psi pressure washer several years ago (my 2nd Greenworks since I have had great performance out of their products). Biggest problem, and based on the comments it's a very common one, was the turbo nozzel shooting out a stream of water without anty turbo action. I've tried squirting silicone, using a paper clip to clear the openings, etc. Nothing worked until I read about the vinegar and warm water soak. Both of my nozzels performed perfectly once I was done with the soaking. 1) I used a 50/50 solution of vinegar and warm water and 2) be sure to fill both openings with the solution (get all the air bubbles out). They both now work like a charm. Without the turbo, I would have to buy a new machine since that is the only attachment I use. I would gladly get another Greenworks power washer since they've lasted me for several years so I've gotten my money's worth.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Molokaiman,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate when our customers take the time to share their experience with us as we strive to a great product!
Over time with use, the pressure washer nozzles may collect dust, dirt, and calcium build-up which as a result cause the pressure washer to malfunction while in use. To clean nozzles soak them in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and warm water for a minimum of 15 minutes. Then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. You can then remove the soap suction tube. It is a small plastic tube connecting to the pump and goes into the soap tank, rinse it out and ensure it is not clogged. Finally, you can fill tank soap tank with water and a touch of vinegar. Put the soap nozzle on and siphon this mixture through the unit.
We hope others will find your review helpful.

I was replacing a gas pressure washer purchased years ago & I had some concern about the performance of an electric power washer. I have used the 3000 PSI 2.0 now twice and I am quite impressed with the results, any concerns I had are long gone. The construction of the unit is very sound. Assembly was strait forward and easy. The overall quality of the unit was above my expectations. I would not hesitate to buy the unit again.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

3000psi Pressure Washer Keeps turning off
on March 25, 2023

I bought the 3000 psi pressure washer to clean driveway and wash my cars, but after 3-4 minutes it keeps turning off, when I press the start button nothing happens, sometimes it starts ahain after 10 minutes, can I return this unit and get the one that can suck water from a bucket? I don't know if this issue is related to low pressure at my house? I measured it, and it was coming out at 70 psi from the spicket, please help!
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe

Hello Andres777

Thank you for taking the time to share you experience with us. It sounds as though your nozzles may be clogged or there is some air trapped in the unit, these are common issues. With the following troubleshooting, this should be resolved! Please be sure to follow closely as these steps are not as effective when altered.
1) To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI.
4) There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. If you are still having trouble, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or start a live chat on our webpage

Bad Product

Got my pressure washer on December 2020 as a Christmas present. Used next summer (2021) to wash my patio and fence, around 6 hours. Then I used again the next summer (2022) to do exactly the same thing. This year I was doing the same thing, but after 2 hours the pressure washer suddenly stop, and it doesn't start anymore. Now I have a pretty much brand new pressure washer with less than 15 hours that doesn't work anymore.

Hello Anonymous85,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Unfortunately, your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try.
Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.
