I’m very pleased with this pressure washer. It’s simple to use, compact and easy to store, and works like a champ. I especially love the turbo nozzle. It easily blasted off the stubborn algae off our brick home and years of dirt off our paver patio. It’s so satisfying to see the transformation this mighty little machine brings about.

Amazing performance, used it to wash vehicles today, worked flawlessly, with the white tip. I finished washing 3 vehicles and then power washed my entry way torrent door and got rid of some dirty molded stains on outside window sill, I just keep finding more cleaning tasks to do around the home , because this electric power washer actually works and cleans as stated by manufacturer. This is the power washer you need if you are a home owner or professional detail shop.
Awesome product !!!!!

Handy but malfunctioning shortly after purchase

I purchased the Pro 2300 electric pressure washer. On the second use it began to malfunction. The unit will not hold pressure once the trigger is released. It just continues to run. When the trigger is pulled again it is under pressure. To get it to spray at correct pressure the unit has to be turned off and then turned on again while squeezing the trigger. Very inconvenient to have to return to the machine and power off and on for it to have good pressure. Is there a fix? Is this an unloaded valve issue?

Hello JD70,

We are sorry to hear about this issue! Often, this would be caused by a faulty nozzle, or the unit not being bled of excess air in the line. Here is some troubleshooting below! Be sure to try all steps as described.
1) Clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction.
2) Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
3) Ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60 PSI.
4) Be sure to try ALL nozzles!

If this issue persists, please contact us directly at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).

Surface cleaner attachment for decks is a must!

Works great. the soft start is a little sluggish, if you'll be doing a lot of start/stopping, this may not be the best option. But once it's on, it works wonderfully. I bought the 12" Surface cleaner attachment that worked even better than I thought. I'm very happy with this purchase

Works great! I replaced a gas powered unit and this electric unit performs as well and it's very convenient. This is my third Greenworks tool and very happy with all of them.
