Continues to stop working after a few minutes of use.

First time using it I was beyond excited! Sadly, it worked for about 15 minutes and stopped. I also added soap and all of it leaked out of the bottom tube. I have no idea how to close. No worries, I’ll just use water. Well like I said it continues to stop working and has an insanely slow startup time. I honestly think it blew itself out already. It seems very cheap sadly. I would love a replacement or at least know what I did wrong!

Hello McKinsey92,
We're sorry to hear about your experience when using this pressure washer! It sounds like you will need to contact us directly as some further information would be required to better assist. Please allow our team to gather some further details so that we can help find a resolution for you. We kindly ask that you give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask is that you have access to the unit, so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather the necessary unit information. In the meantime, here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to malfunction. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 60PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Please note this product has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. We hope these tips help!

My Greenworks pressure washer Is more than just a tool It's like a robot in a box That's how easy it is to use. I unboxed & assembled it As soon as it came off the truck It took me all of 10 minutes I couldn't believe my luck. Cause I'm not mechanically crafty I'm just an ordinary lady Usually assembly instructions for me Are always a bit shady. But not this time & certainly not this tool It went together like peanut butter & jelly & looks equally as cool. I could hardly wait to push the power button To see what she could do. WOW! I power washed my house, my driveway, My car & truck too. I was so impressed with all My pressure washer could do I had to craft a jingle & summit it as a review. So My greenworks pro 3000 Makes my outdoor maintenance a breeze Try it for yourself No doubt you'll be pleased.

I bought this power washer last spring, 2020. Because of reading all the reviews, I was careful to drain it and store it properly over the winter. This spring 2021 it started right up and is running great. Wouldn't want to go thru a summer without it. Does all jobs I put it up to with good results.

Replaced gas PW with this electric one, so far it's great!

I replaced a gas 3000 psi pressure washer with this 2300 psi electric. I was a little skeptical the strength would not be enough, but after doing a driveway, sidewalk, and lots of brick and stone it's performed great. The reason for the switch to electric was my wife wanted to contribute to pressure washing but the gas pressure washer was not manageable. This is compact, light, and very easy to use. We're only using this around our house, which is under trees in florida, so lots of algae and mildew to clean, and this is a great fit. I would recommend it for homeowners.

I friend of mine bought me this as a gift for my birthday two years ago and the sparingly used it. the motor housing broke just "Jrands" showed in his review. I called and because I don't have receipt since it was a gift I am not covered under warranty. and they don't have the motor housing to even think of buying a replacement.
this sucks.. would not recommend

Hello RAM C,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with this product and that you were unsatisfied with the customer service experience that you had. There is truly no intent to disappoint our customers, we advise our customers, to hold on to a copy of their receipt for the duration of the warranty, just in case. Receipts, serial, and model numbers are required information for all warranty claims. This information is necessary to keep an accurate record of which items and model numbers are defective and is ultimately for your safety and reduces fraudulent acts. Some stores can look up the purchase receipt, but unfortunately, this is not guaranteed so we always suggest the receipt in a safe place or to keep photos for your record in case the warranty ever needs to be addressed. Sorry to hear of this issue and are grateful for your feedback!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond impressed with the 1900 psi electric pressure washer! It's an absolute powerhouse when it comes to cleaning tasks. From washing my car to sprucing up my deck, this machine gets the job done with ease. The pressure output is just right for tackling various surfaces without causing damage. What I love most is its user-friendly design — setting it up was a breeze, and the controls are intuitive. The compact size makes storage a non-issue, and the hose length provides ample reach. This pressure washer has become an indispensable tool in my cleaning arsenal. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient cleaning solution!
