[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replace a 1900 psi unit that worked extremely well. I can tell the difference in the psi rating of 2500. Blasts through dirt and grime faster. There is only one feature I don't care for. The delay in building up pressure after pulling trigger. Between each cycle of cleaning (releasing trigger) it drops pressure and then takes a few seconds to builds up after each squeeze of the trigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pressure washer and finally got to use it to wash my house siding. It ran for 30 minutes and just shut off. Still has power to the pressure washer, motor just quit. I didn’t even get to use all the soap out of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Weston. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We see that you have spoken to Greenworks product expert and they were able to help resolve the issue. If your pressure washer isn't performing optimally (e.g., low or no pressure, pulsating water flow), two potential solutions are bleeding the air out of the system and ensuring you are using the correct nozzle.
Why bleed the unit? Air trapped in the pump or hoses can disrupt water flow and reduce pressure. How to bleed the system 1. Ensure the pressure washer is turned OFF. 2. Connect your garden hose to the pressure washer's water inlet. 3. Disconnect the high-pressure hose or remove the nozzle from the spray wand. 4. Turn on the water supply (garden hose). Squeeze and hold the trigger on the spray gun (if the high-pressure hose is still attached). 5. Allow the water to run through the system for a minute or two, to purge any trapped air. You should see a steady stream of water flowing. 6. Turn off the water supply and reconnect the high-pressure hose and nozzle. Turn the pressure washer ON and test for proper function.
Why is nozzle selection important? Different nozzles have different spray patterns and pressure levels, which significantly impact cleaning performance. We have a video detailing how each nozzle works. You can review the video here (https://youtu.be/OwlDalSKVkY). By following these steps, you can troubleshoot common pressure washer problems and restore proper functionality. Remember to always consult your pressure washers' user manual for specific instructions and safety precautions. We hope you will find this information useful.
