Works very well; we replaced a similar model from another brand, and we like this one even better than our previous cooker. We like the simple operation and the small size.

Improves upon every failure of every other similarly-sized rice cooker. Zojirushi is the best!

Cooking rice has always been a spitting process, messy stove, constant in attendance to prevent boil over. I love this appliance, still in attendance but CLEAN!!!

This is the best rice cooker I have ever had, I will say the rice I made can compare with the rice from any Japanese restaurant!

My first anniversary gift to my husband was this exact type of rice cooker in 2000. It is still working perfectly. This new one goes to our new house and the old faithful will stay at our apartment. Zojirushi is amazing.
