Amazing rice cooker. Not only does it cook great rice, but the best part for me is that it’s truly non-stick and washing only takes a couple of minutes. The rice cooker I had previously had to be soaked for a while and still there were bits that had to be scrubbed off.

We're not fancy people-- just needed a rice cooker to cook jasmine rice, and this is the ideal unit. Incredibly smooth cook, consistent after several uses so far (consistency is extremely important for me). Definitely recommend!

I got the NHS-10 model and it's the perfect size. I can make just one cup at a time (their cup measurement, which is equivalent to ~2/3 US measuring cups) or up to 6, and the rice comes out perfect without practically any work.

Happy with this purchase, especially the steamer as it’s not made of plastic. Highly recommended if you do steaming quite often and it’s just, fill up the cooker with water, put on the steaming rack , switch the cooker on and your done..
