I was given a Zojirushi rice cooker 28 years ago at my wedding shower. I was bummed when it finally crapped out and tried a different brand as a replacement and it was terrible. I found the exact same style of Zojirushi but with a modern facelift and it is perfect. All I need is the little click if that button and I know my rice is going to be perfect. I look forward to another 28+ years with this one. It's a simple, sturdy and reliable design that is so hard to come by in kitchen appliances, and I am glad this type of cooker is still available today. Thanks for not discontinuing.

This rice cooker is wonderful. We like how fast it cooks the rice and how light and fluffy the rice turns out. It’s easy to prepare the rice and cooks without having to monitor it, which frees you up to make other portions of the meal.

Just recently replaced my rice cooker with the same 6-cup model. So happy Zojirushi still have the conventional rice cooker/steamer with the glass lid, steam tray, rice cup, and rice scoop. Received many compliments on it, too. Can literally cook a whole meal in one setting. It’s practical and very high quality!
