TT good except for bug with state return e-filing

Normally I have good luck with TT, but this year they had a bug in the e-filing of the state return (CA).
It would give an error code and say my version is out of date, but there were no updates when I checked.
I tried customer service but they had me try everything I already tried.
It finally worked on the 27th when more forms came available.

TurboTax support / help is poor

Explanations of some of the required entries was poor. If choosing to use Intuit help, getting an answer was cumbersome or nonexistent without paying for extra service. I chose to use an AI tool and received step-by-step instructions. Intuit needs to update TurboTax to benefit those that pay for the software without added charges.
