Turbo Tax confusing

I have worked with turbo Tax before. I purchased a Home and Business program. I needed to prepare a Fiduciary Tax Return. It was not in the program. I ended purchasing another Business Turbo Tax. Wasted $441 dollars on programs I was not able to use. Your AI needs help in advising people

TurboTax Live Expert Amending Past Business Return

I needed to amend my 2021 Business tax filing. For some unknown reason the 2021 TurboTax Business program disappeared from my computer. The TurboTax Live Experts were able to help me determine I no longer had it, and helped me to download it from TurboTax. The process was somewhat buggy, but the experts knew every turn and expertly guided me through the process. I am very appreciative and impressed with the experts. On a separate call, James, guided me through the IRS process for processing the amended tax return. High marks for TurboTax Live Experts!
