it was hard to find the desktop version on your website. can you make it a more obvious option in future years.

Makes filing trust return easy.

I had difficulty ordering and downloading the product for estates (trusts) which resulted in three $180 charges. I contacted TurboTax support and she was able to put in a refund request for 2 of the 3. Waiting 5-7 business days to see the refunds.

Turbo Tax adds well, advises poorly

I do appreciate the accurate arithmetic. I would appreciate better guidance.
- a "what's this" (like in Amazon) to explain terminology in plain English
- a <CTRL F> (like in Windows, or in Adobe pdf) to find text in forms and in guided mode
- don't ask me to re-answer already answered questions, when I go back to correct a specific item
- Don't say "now transmitting" and then ask me to correct an "error" caused by TurboTax
- less advertising for products for sale
- readable, searchable help (like Google)
- a "what's this" (like in Amazon) to explain terminology in plain English

TurboTax is easy to use and they have detailed explanations for many of the inputs / questions. But they overkill you with the different options for reviews and guidance while you select the product you need. There is so much marketing, it is hard to get started.

turbotax business features missing

Does not have the features of turbotax deluxe for 1040. This product should be included in turbotax deluxe for windows.
